MSI Laptop Wi-Fi Not Working: Settings & Driver Checks
Check airplane mode, Wi-Fi settings and the exact network adapter before choosing an MSI wireless driver.

Check wireless settings
Turn airplane mode off and enable Wi-Fi in Windows. Select your network again. A wireless indicator is not present on every MSI laptop.
Identify the adapter
Record the complete laptop SKU, Windows version and network adapter name in Device Manager. A family name alone does not identify the required wireless package.
Find a matching package
Search this site for the complete SKU and select its recorded operating system. Review Wireless LAN entries and the supplier named in the package. If the adapter or supported system is unclear, use MSI support before installing.
Prepare for offline installation
If this laptop cannot connect, use another computer to obtain the matching official package and transfer it by USB. A missing download here means we have no verified record; it is not a reason to use another SKU.

This independent checklist summarizes selected steps. Consult MSI’s original support article for the full procedure.
Our stored drivers are historical unless explicitly refreshed. A newer guide review date does not make a package current.
