Use MSI’s platform-specific installation guidance and only the drivers listed for your exact laptop and operating system.

Identify the platform
Confirm whether the laptop has an Intel or AMD processor, then find the full regional SKU and installed Windows system.
Start with the platform drivers
MSI places chipset installation first, followed by platform graphics and a discrete graphics package where applicable. Use its linked table for the complete order for your platform.
Follow the remaining model-specific sequence
Intel systems can include management, serial-interface, storage and sound-technology packages that are absent on other configurations. Audio, network and Bluetooth packages also appear in the official sequence.
Skip packages your model does not list
MSI states that package names differ by model and absent drivers can be skipped. Read each installer’s notes and restart when requested. An unavailable package is not permission to borrow another model’s driver.

This independent checklist summarizes selected steps. Consult MSI’s original support article for the full procedure.
Our stored drivers are historical unless explicitly refreshed. A newer guide review date does not make a package current.
